Meet Australia's oldest twins: ‘WE'VE BEEN BLESSED WITH GOOD GENES!'

Laughter and wine have also helped the sisters to lead a long life

They say sharing is caring, and when it comes to Australia’s oldest identical twins, Concie Marshall and Leila Moag, they know a thing or two about doing life together.

This remarkable duo just celebrated their 102nd birthday – but don’t expect this lively pair to be slowing down anytime soon!

YOUNG AT HEART

“Gosh no, we aren’t packing it in just yet – we thought it was our 82nd birthday, not our 102nd!” Concie, the eldest by 10 minutes, says with a cheeky grin.

Leila says they get asked all the time about the secret to a long life.

“That’s simple – we’ve always lived within our means and we love a laugh. And a daily glass of wine – there’s nothing wrong with a little tipple!” she shares.

But then the twins, who were born in Berry in the NSW Southern Highlands on April 29, 1919, virtually grew up in a pub after the family moved to Ourimbah, north of Sydney, where their parents Robert and Charlotte Morris ran a hotel.
