After years of never putting a foot wrong, the Duchess of Cambridge is still reeling from the swift backlash against herself and Prince William over their "tone deaf" tour to the Caribbean.

But that hasn't stopped her looking out for her fellow royal wife and dear friend, Sophie, Countess of Wessex.

HELPFUL ADVICE

Sophie and her husband Prince Edward are heading off on their own tour to the tropics on 22 April, which includes stops in Antigua, St Lucia, and St Vincent and the Grenadines, and sources say 40-year-old Kate has “had a few quiet words” on how to approach it.
