Look younger.
A woman always tries to look young because it boosts her confidence and makes her feel beautiful. With the stressful lifestyle it is hard to maintain your skin. Here are a few things to keep in mind as you begin your battle towards skin ageing.
Don't ignore the signs: Skin starts ageing from mid-twenties. You may find different changes like dark spots, dullness, uneven skin, laugh lines, droopy eyelids, frown lines, patchy skin and open pores etc. Don't ignore them. Follow these simple steps to fight the signs of ageing skin:
Get your beauty sleep: Beauty sleep makes a huge difference in your skin's appearance. Get at least six hours of sleep every night, but try to get seven or eight hours if you can.
Sleep on your back to avoid scrunching up the skin on your face and chest.
Use smooth satin sheets to reduce the amount of friction between your skin and fabric.
Take great care of your skin: Taking great care of your skin will definitely help reduce the signs of ageing. Here's what you can do:
Be gentle when washing your face and body. Use a soft towel to dry your skin. Always pat your skin dry instead of rubbing it.
Use cleansers to wash your face, as soaps can be unnecessarily harsh.
