RIDER GUY WILLIAMS
"I CAN'T believe the attention he gets, but I think it's because he's grey, he has a good name and he does one class that everyone can associate with - he's the complete package. People are always asking to visit him and even some kids from the local schools have come to meet him.
"His owner, Caroline Phillips, bought him as a four-year-old and I took him on properly when I was short of a horse for Horse of the Year Show [HOYS] in 2018. He won the puissance there and the rest is history! He's simple to ride - the opposite of what people might think. He started my daughter Maisy's career and my wife Rebecca rides him too. He's a real family horse and wins 1.30m and 1.40m all day.
"His only downfall is he's a bit strong, but he seems to find jumping the puissance wall so easy. He's very good at it and the bigger it gets the better he jumps - it stops him running off a bit anyway!
