
New Delhi-based gallery Exhibit 320 is presenting Afterlife, a solo show by contemporary artist and educator Sumakshi Singh (b. 1980) starting January 27, and running through March 2, 2023. The internationally acclaimed artist is showcasing her ethereal thread drawings, installations and an animation of architectural fragments from her now uninhabited family home in New Delhi as they fracture and unravel into entropy. Singh, who has also taught at the Art Institute of Chicago, Oxford University and Columbia University among others, designed the renowned windows for Hermès, India. She has mentored residencies for The Victoria and Albert Museum, The Why Not - Place 2010 and 2011 and curated for the Devi Art Foundation.
