THE SALES OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES EV) ARE progressively going up across the country. Car customers are increasingly looking for EV options due to rising environmental concerns and high fuel prices. In September 2022, the Nexon EV became the country's best-selling electric vehicle and as many as 2,847 Nexon EV cars were sold by the company last month. This car is offered in a variety of configurations, including the Nexon EV Prime and the Nexon EV Max. Additionally, the Dark Edition and Jet Edition versions of the small SUV are also offered in an electric version. The Nexon EV Max, which starts at Rs 17.74 lakh, was recently revealed by Tata Motors. The Max is essentially a long-range variant of the Nexon EV. With this product, the company hopes to increase its EV market hegemony. The Nexon has been the unsung hero for Tata Motors, with year-over-year sales increases, especially with the EV model, which has grown to be the most popular EV in India. This new variety will be a fantastic addition to the line-up. Little has changed on the exterior and the two cars are very identical. However, the Nexon EV Max comes with a dual-tone colour scheme as standard. Tata also offer it in Daytona Grey from the Tigor EV and two new exterior colours, Intensi-Teal and Pristine White. Although the alloy wheel’s shape has been significantly altered, its 16-inch diameter has not changed. Even though the Nexon’s EV design is about two years old, it still has a modern and futuristic appearance. The success of this design is demonstrated by the sales figures, which show how popular the Nexon EV’s form factor is among the customers.
