HOSPITALITY FROM THE HEART
Hotelier India|October 2022
Abhishek Sadhoo, General Manager, ShangriLa Eros New Delhi, talks about how the hotel encapsulates serenity and service to make each stay truly memorable
HOSPITALITY FROM THE HEART

''To treat a stranger as one of our own" - characterises the hospitality one can expect from Shangri-La. Discerning travellers enjoy world-class service amidst tranquil surroundings, coupled with inspirational architecture and design, but what makes each stay truly memorable is something even more exquisite and rare - Shangri-La's special kind of hospitality - 'Hospitality from the heart.

Inspired by the legendary land featured in James Hilton's 1933 novel, Lost Horizon, Shangri-La encapsulates the serenity and service for which our hotels are known worldwide. Author James Hilton introduced an enchanting and evocating story about the human quest for happiness and its consummation at a secret destination in the heart of Asia. This novel inspired the story of Shangri-La.

Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi, is situated in one of India's largest financial, commercial, and business districts. It is at the beating heart of the bustling capital and offers 320 elegantly appointed rooms and suites.

DESIGNED FOR TRAVELLERS

A blend of classic and modern décor with Indian elements, every door at the hotel opens to spectacular views of the colourful capital. Shades of grey, cobalt, and gold provide both, a soothing and stylish stay, while the marble-clad bathrooms feature a bath and separate shower. The club rooms are bathed in soft cool tones and complemented by sweeping views of the evergreen Lutyens' Delhi.

The Presidential Suite perfectly blends classic elegance and modern design elements. With two en-suite bedrooms, a spacious living room and a lavish dining room, this suite is well-suited for families or groups of friends travelling together.
