The word glamping means luxury camping. These glamps are normally located in very scenic locations, are set up with very little impact on nature, and still give the exhilaration of camping. With lesser weight, they can be placed even on treetops and the view hence becomes a novelty. People therefore love the entire concept of glamping that offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience of living outdoors in Geodesic Domes with utmost safety and luxury hospitality amenities. A long mile away from the traditional overnight camping that we have grown up with, this concept requires guests or travellers to turn up at the camp that is already equipped with all that one might need during their stay and offered in style.
SITES GALORE
Eco Glamp at Kanatal in Uttarakhand opened last year in November and has nine Geodesic Domes, with all the safety and luxury amenities of a luxury hotel. The Ultimate Travelling Camp (TUTC), as a concept, offers you the opportunity to embark on a nomadic journey that covers a calendar of destinations, events, and festivals in India. The luxurious under-canvas camps and resorts cater to the high-standing expectations of a discerning luxury traveller in destinations beyond the typical. "TUTC launched its concept of glamping in 2013 with the festival of Kumbh in Prayagraj being its pilot project. We further moved on to launch in Ladakh, Nagaland and Bandhavgarh that have been very well-received. Based on the encouraging response (both inbound and domestic) to the concept of glamping, alongside TUTC's touchstones of extending an authentic experience by partnering with the locals, unparalleled service for guests and curating a unique experience and activity offerings, we are looking forward to launching our latest property this October in Mohali and Ranthambore," says Rajnish Rai, the COO & founder member of TUTC (The Ultimate Travelling Camp).
