Let's start at the very beginning, a very good Place to Start! What are your early memories of joining the Merchant Navy? And how did your career progress from a young cadet to seasoned sailor and Master on ship?
During the period from 1980 to 1990, I had the privilege of working at SCI (Shipping Corporation of India). This experience provided me with valuable insights into the shipping industry and honed my skills in various aspects of maritime operations.
From 1990 to 1993, I took on the challenging role of Chief Officer at Wallems, Hong Kong, where I had the opportunity to showcase my leadership abilities and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This position allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in managing a company and its operations.
