COMMITMENT-shy Ryan Seacrest’s dumped galpal Aubrey Paige is furious and bitter — with insiders saying the TV host strung the young model along for three years believing they’d get hitched before suddenly pulling the plug.

The couple parted ways in April, a sour disappointment for the 26-year-old beauty, who’s churning with animosity inside, say sources.
