SICKENING accusations are piling up against a top New York City plastic surgeon — including a new $10 million civil lawsuit from a model who claims the dirty doc pummeled her, shattering her eye socket, and turned her into a “sex slave” at his luxury Fifth Avenue condo!

Maya Willow Sias, 25, shared gruesome photos of herself sporting a purple, swollen face and body bruises — which she claims she received from the fists of Dr. Ammar Mahmoud.

“While one would believe that in this day and age it would be impossible to be shocked by depraved and misogynistic conduct, the callous and heinous actions of Dr. Ammar Mahmoud rise to a previously unimaginable level,” says the suit.

Sias claims the upper-crust surgeon tried to cover the telltale black eye by injecting filler into her eye socket — right into the bone — without anesthesia!

She also says Mahmoud drugged and imprisoned her in his apartment, making her fear for her life.
