GHOULISH New York City pimp Cory Martin murdered one of his hookers for the insurance money then butchered her body after watching the serial killer show Dexter for tips on how to dismember a corpse!

Martin, 36, was convicted of the grisly crime and a slew of other charges — and now faces a mandatory life term at his July sentencing.

According to investigators, the greedy hustler — and his on-and-off girlfriend Adelle Anderson — fraudulently took out two life insurance policies worth $200,000 in the name of victim Brandy Odom. The pair maxed out the premiums by paying through money orders and a debit card in their mark’s name.
