PRISCILLA PRESLEY’s ex-junkie son, Navarone Garibaldi, is speaking for the first time about how his famous mother “saved” him from a deadly fentanyl addiction.

“My mom helped me, I was indisposed, I was useless. She helped me do everything,” praises the 36-year-old musician and Them Guns singer, whose father is movie producer Marco Garibaldi, 69.

Of course, Priscilla, 78, is no stranger to dealing with addicts.
