S ELF-APPOINTED king Jeremiah Heaton — an American hemp farmer who claimed a no man’s land between Egypt and Sudan just to officially declare his little girl a princess — wound up tangled in an international web of weirdness!

Heaton, 44, planted his flag in Bir Tawil, 795-squaremile patch of African desert, and dubbed it the Kingdom of North Sudan in 2015. The indulgent Virginia dad says the stunt was meant to make his seven-year-old’s dreams of being royalty a reality.
