UFO MONITORS VICIOUS VLAD NUKE THREAT

JUST as murderous Vladimir Putin was threatening to unleash nuclear weapons in Ukraine, the rattled Russian leader was buzzed by a mysterious UFO, eyewitnesses say. 

A flying object — which rapidly and repeatedly changed color — suddenly appeared in the sky as the 70-year-old warmonger issued his twisted threat in a Feb. 2 speech at an event in Volgograd.
