Swapping the high life of Dubai for the mountain peaks of Norway, Sarah Lindsay celebrated her fifth wedding anniversary in an unforgettable way.
The celebrity fitness instructor and her husband Rich Phillipps undertook the Trolltunga Trek on 28 July-five years to the day after they married.
"I know it's not the posh dinner and a bottle of champagne kind of celebration, but when you do something like this a challenge - you're celebrating that you made it together, so it feels more of a celebration than the normal kind of way," Sarah tells HELLO! in this exclusive interview.
"We did manage a bottle of champagne the day after," she adds with a smile.
For a busy couple - who work together on their fitness empire Roar, which includes their latest gym in Dubai - the trip was a chance to get close to nature with "no make-up, no glamour, no wi-fi".
However, the Trolltunga Trek is no mean feat. Those attempting it are warned that it's long and demanding, both physically and mentally, and that you need to be properly equipped and in good shape.
"I think I'm a superwoman and can do anything, but this was tough," says Sarah, 43, a ten-time British speed skating champion as well as triple Olympian. "It took us nine hours, but that included time to stop and take in the views.
