From TV stardom to holidaying with his actress wife Michelle Keegan (pictured together below), Mark Wright is often in the limelight, so wellbeing is important to him.
As the 36-year-old presenter, entrepreneur and fitness devotee tells HELLO!: "Looking after my body and health is always front of mind for me, whether that be through my diet, exercise or sleep, all of which help me feel good and support my gut health."
Mark gives us a glimpse into his home life with Michelle and, as a new ambassador for California Almonds, tells us why he's encouraging Brits to learn about gut health and the impact nuts can have on it...
Mark, has fitness always been important to you?
"Yes. I used to play football so it's always been a massive part of my life and it always will be. Mentally and physically, I feel a million times better when I'm healthy.
"I'll work out three to four times a week - sometimes five, if I'm doing sports like football. I try and keep it up as much as I can. I like Barry's Bootcamp or Blaze at David Lloyd."
How do you stay motivated?
"Just knowing how great I'm going to feel after. If I get it done, I know I'll feel ten times better."
