RIDING A WAVE TO THE TOP
Since landing a role in Primetime Emmy Award-winning drama The White Lotus, Meghann Fahy has hardly recognised her own life. “It changed a lot,” the actress says. And with millions watching her series of the HBO show and Meghann’s romance with co-star Leo Woodall becoming increasingly public, her fan base is on the up, too.
“I do get recognised, but it doesn’t happen so much that it’s a huge imposition,” she says. “The people who do come up to me are so nice and so positive about The White Lotus and what the show means to them. I feel lucky to have that positive interaction.
“That’s part of the reason I love what I do. Connecting with people in that way feels special, but I get embarrassed because it always comes as a shock to me that anyone knows who I am.”
