ROCKY brawler Sylvester Stallone will face the fight of his life when he goes toe to toe with estranged wife Jennifer Flavin over his $400 million movie fortune in divorce court, say sources.

In documents filed in Palm Beach County, Fla., 54-year-old Jennifer landed the first blow when she accused her husband of 25 years of liquidating and depleting assets in advance of their estate tussle.

Stallone’s lawyers counterpunched by filing a response denying the 76-year old screen legend engaged in any financial monkey business, but a source tells The National ENQUIRER that he’s already feeling battered by the bustup battle.
