Steamed NCIS stars bracing for comeback

CRYPTIC comments from Michael Weatherly have the stars of NCIS bracing for the pompous performer’s return to the CBS hit, sources dish.

“The cast is talking and texting among themselves, and the mood is anything but jubilant,” squeals an insider.

Weatherly, who played Anthony DiNozzo alongside Mark Harmon’s Leroy Jethro Gibbs from 2003 to 2016 before ditching the show to head his now-defunct series Bull, has teased, “I feel like things are starting to happen. Things that will be very exciting. Stay tuned.”
