Raising a newborn third child while also working full-time, embarking on new business ventures and completing a home transformation project is not for the faint-hearted, but Billie Shepherd has managed to juggle all that over the past few months.
The Billie & Greg: The Family Diaries star, 33, welcomed her gorgeous daughter Margot last December. Since then, she and her husband Greg, 38, and their two older children, Nelly, eight, and six-year-old Arthur, have been adjusting to life in their new £1.4 million Essex mansion, which they’ve spent the past couple of years renovating.
Despite a hectic few months with Margot, Billie has recently launched her new Chapter B collection with Tesco, while also filming new episodes of their ITVBe reality show.
Here, the star takes time out to talk to us about the challenges of motherhood, returning to filming after giving birth, and how she kept her three children happy over the Easter holidays…
Hi Billie! Now your home transformation is almost complete, how are you enjoying life in the new house?
It’s so lovely – we’ve really settled in now. We’ve still got a few finishing off bits to do to really make the house a home. I need to get all my photos up on the walls and get some artwork. But yeah, we’re really loving living here.
What was the most stressful part of moving with such a small baby?
Thankfully, we moved in just before I had Margot and most of the unpacking was done, but juggling trying to get the house finished with a newborn has been quite tough and tiring, especially with filming as well.
