Our jaws dropped to the floor when former Love Island contestant Adam Collard returned to the show last week. The 26-year-old, who earned a lothario reputation during series four, entered as a bombshell in a dramatic twist that has never been done before - and he's creating waves in the villa.
But no one was more shocked to see him than his ex Rosie Williams, who has slammed his return as fame-hungry.
"Obviously it's going to be good for his career and that's what he's chosen to do, to boost it, I suppose," she tells new.
Adam was previously called out on his treatment of Rosie on the ITV2 show. Having first coupled up with Kendall Rae Knight, he then moved on to Welsh solicitor Rosie. But he betrayed her trust when he started flirting with Megan Barton-Hanson.
At the time, Women's Aid declared there were "warning signs in his behaviour". The domestic abuse charity issued another statement last week, saying, "In the 2018 series, we saw Rosie rightly call out Adam for his unacceptable behaviour, which included gaslighting and emotional abuse." It continued, "We hope that ITV recognise how serious this issue is and that it must be learned from."
And Rosie admits that watching Adam - who later moved on with Zara McDermott before getting his head turned by Darylle Sargeant and then going back to Zara - has brought back bad memories.
"It's really surreal to watch him do it again. It brings back a lot of emotions I was feeling at the time," she says.
Here, Rosie, 30, reveals her predictions and gives a warning to Paige Thorne, who he's now coupled up with...
Hi, Rosie! How did you react when you saw that Adam was going back into the villa?
It was a complete shock. My phone started blowing up. All my friends were messaging me saying, "Have you seen who's back on Love Island?!"
What are your thoughts on him being allowed back?
