Lauren Goodger is giving her diet an overhaul in a bid to “start feeling good mentally” after months of unhealthy eating, we can reveal. Taking to Instagram Stories last week, Lauren told followers she’s decided “to do something for myself”, and has started the Francis Diet, which involves controlling calories and following an exercise regime. “Very intense but amazing results,” she said. “This is my time. I’m starting a three-month plan.”
A source close to the former TOWIE star, 36, tells us she wants to take control of her health after relying on fast food and takeaways as she juggles work and being a mum to her 21-month-old daughter Larose.
