I'm embracing the weight I've put on'

Kerry Katona has told new she can't wait to get back into the gym after putting on "a load of weight" during her holiday in Marbella.

Kerry, 41, looked happy and relaxed as she was pictured in a blue bikini on the beach with fiancé Ryan Mahoney, 34, and her children Heidi, 15, Max, 14, and DJ, eight, last week. But our columnist says she's not feeling her best and exclusively reveals her fitness plans now she's back home in the UK.

"I look like a wollen beach whale," she candidly tells us. "When I look at the pictures, I feel like it's not my body - I feel like I'm in someone else's body. I know I don't look the greatest, but it is what it is. I don't think I'm fat, it's just that my body is swollen and I don't know why.

"I want to have lots of lymphatic drainage and get some water [retention] tablets to try to reduce the swelling. It's my belly and legs that feel the most swollen. My legs have no definition. The pictures are as real as it's going to get. There's no airbrushing and no filters."

FUN IN THE SUN

Kerry, who is also mum to daughters Molly, 20, and Lilly, 19, says her recent weight gain is due to overindulging and enjoying herself in the sun.
