She may well have impeccable royal connections and count high-profile celebrities among her clients, but nutritionist Gabriela Peacock believes that when it comes to tackling ageing you don’t need a palace or a personal trainer to nail it.
In her new book, 2 Weeks To A Younger You, she uses the science around longevity and reverse ageing to explore how we can live longer and healthier lives.
Actress Billie Piper regards her wisdom as a game-changer”, while Dame Joan Collins insists her tips are priceless”. She even gets the royal seal of approval from close friend Princess Beatrice who says, Gabriela’s advice is full of solutions that work brilliantly for all aspects of your life.”
As an added bonus, her health and well-being tips slot into your daily routine.
Gabriela, 43, explains, We're all busy people with claims on our time from family or jobs or running a home. Not everyone can afford an expensive gym membership or subscribe to an expensive diet. If you make any change it has to be compatible with real life. It’s supposed to be easy, otherwise you lose motivation.”
But isn’t the prospect of reversing the ageing process in only two weeks a bit of a tall order? Honestly, it's all about making small alterations to diet and lifestyle. But you will see changes within two weeks,” insists Gabriela. It might be better sleep or improved cognitive function less brain fog but there will be a difference.”
