“Katie is wary of Bill because he has a habit of wanting her when he can’t have her,” points out Heather Tom (Katie). “She believes him when he says that he loves her and he wants his family back, but at the same time, in the back of her mind, she will always hear those words that he said to Brooke, that she was the great love of his life. She is in a budding relationship with Carter that she is enjoying. It’s something that is all her own. It also helps that Carter has never been in a relationship with Brooke, so that’s a big plus.”
