Khloe Kardashian has never made any secret of her desire to have more children. “I want [True] to have a sibling,” she has said of her 4-year-old daughter in the past. Now, she’s making it happen amid confirmation the star is expecting her second child via surrogate any day now. “We can confirm True will have a sibling, who was conceived in November,” a rep for Khloe told E! News. “Khloe has always wanted a little brother for True, and decided to go ahead with having the baby with the support of her family,” another insider told Page Six.

It’s been revealed that the new baby’s father is none other than her on-again, off-again beau, Tristan Thompson. This may not come as a complete shock, given the Revenge Body star discussed making her second-child dreams come true with Thompson back in 2020. “I might need to borrow some sperm or get some from you, but we’ll figure that out later,” she told the basketball pro on Keeping Up with the Kardashians at the time.
