He’s won three Super Bowl rings, yet for the past year, Travis Kelce has been best known as Taylor Swift’s boyfriend. But he loves being her “arm candy,” the NFL star assured CBS Mornings on Sept. 5: “It’s the life I chose.”

That may explain why he’s constantly shouting his happiness from the rooftops — so much so that cynics speculated the romance is fake. (Travis’ PR team slammed images of a supposed relationship contract that circulated online in September as “entirely false and fabricated.”) It’s the real deal, confirms a source: “He’s madly in love with Taylor.” And while he’s still learning to adjust to the level of superstardom that his brother, Jason, has admitted can be “overwhelming” for the whole Kelce family, “Taylor has truly changed his life,” adds the source, “and he wants to tell everyone.”
