"Where are you headed all dressed up, Jiffy?" Derry asked, stopping his scooter.
"I'm going to Mangalvan for Berry Bear's birthday party. I'll dance my heart out today," Jiffy said, bouncing happily.
"Wow, that's great. Go ahead, but tell me, did you vote?" Derry asked.
"Oh, forget it! Who wants to waste time standing in a line? You guys go and vote. I will enjoy my day today. Anyway, I should leave, I want to reach on time," Jiffy said, beginning to walk.
"Wait, Jiffy! Don't go without voting. Your vote is precious. Come on, it will just take 10 minutes to vote. If you get late, I'll drop you on my scooter," Derry said.
"Derry, you know how these politicians are; after winning, they forget to develop the forest, don't provide any facilities to the animals, and only serve their selfinterests. This annoys me, so I don't vote," Jiffy said.
"You are right. Many politicians are selfish. That is why all of us must vote, so they don't come to power. Suppose we all vote for a good candidate. He will win and develop our area. In the last election, a good leader lost by just one vote. This time, be sure to vote and help a good candidate win," Derry said.
