It’s no secret that improving your memory can significantly enhance your quality of life, productivity, and overall cognitive function. But the question arises: How does one boost one’s memory? We’ve compiled a list of healthy daily habits that will help you do just that.

Stay Physically Active

The blood flow to the entire body, including the brain, is increased by physical activity. This helps keep your memory sharp. For most healthy adults, it is recommended to get at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise, such as brisk walking, or 75 minutes of vigorous activity, such as jogging, per week.
