Kealia Watt's 'Huge' Transition Into Motherhood: 'It's Been Hard'

It has been three months since Kealia Ohai Watt and her husband, J.J. Watt, welcomed their first baby and the new mom is finally starting to feel like herself again.

The pro soccer player, 31, whose son Koa was born in October, is thankful she has had "a lot of family" support during the "huge" transition into motherhood but admits "the beginning was tough."
