When conjoined twins Marieme and Ndeye Ndiaye were born in 2016 in Dakar, Senegal, they weren't expected to survive for more than a few days. However, in BBC1's uplifting Our Lives film Inseparable Sisters, cameras follow them as they turn seven, a milestone nobody thought they'd see.
'My daughters are very different, says their father, Ibrahima Ndiaye.
'Marieme is quiet and reserved, but it's completely different with Ndeye. She's very independent and wants to be in charge of everything.
