BBC1’s moving but wryly funny drama Men Up is inspired by the true story of one of the first medical trials into Viagra.
Penned by Matthew Barry, the one-off upcoming film follows a group of very different men who head to Swansea’s Morriston Hospital in 1994 to be part of the testing into a new revolutionary drug, which they hope can cure their impotency.
