Now, to mark 40 years since it was first shown on our screens, a new documentary, The Snowman: The Film That Changed Christmas, reveals the story of how a little-known, wordless book by Raymond Briggs, published in 1978, was turned into a 26-minute animation that has delighted generations of children.
Here, in an exclusive interview with TV Times, storyboard artists Hilary Audus and Joanna Harrison share their memories of working on this magical project…
