How a group of rural weavers accidentally pull off one of the biggest crimes in British history is shown in this powerful period drama set in the 1760s. The three-parter is based on the true story of the Cragg Vale Coiners from Yorkshire, who started producing fake gold coins after their livelihoods disappeared in the Industrial Revolution.
