The singer threw herself a fabulous birthday party in Lisbon, Portugal. She was joined by all six of her kids -Lourdes (26), Rocco (23), David (17), Mercy (17) and 10-year-old twins Stella and Estere as well as her toyboy lover, Joshua Popper (29), the boxing coach she met earlier this year.
The star, who was hospitalised in June with a bacterial infection which forced her to postpone her Celebration world tour, shared a triumphant video where she gushed that it's "great to be alive".
"Amazing to be able to put on my dancing shoes and celebrate my birthday!" she wrote.
