Laying good foundations is key to a perfect finish. “It’s important to first add a primer,” says Philips, the creative and image director of Christian Dior Makeup. “It will help foundation hold onto your skin.” Try Dior’s new release Dior Forever Veil primer collection in Velvet and Glow. “To get the most out of your desired skin finish, apply a primer [designed to create a specific finish],” adds Philips. Once you are primed and ready, he advises blending a fine layer of foundation into skin. “Then add radiance by working highlighter into the high points of the face.”
