I started my professional career as an electronic engineer in Germany. Later, while looking for the reason behind my parents' deteriorating health, I discovered my enthusiasm for supplements. I brought supplements from abroad to cure them, put their autoimmune disease in remission, and from that point on I pursued a degree in supplements. I discovered the missing link for supplements especially in India, I started to take notes on a blog online. Finally in 2020, I launched my own startup of Plan Based supplements - Palak Notes. I myself used those supplements to rebuild my body, and now I'm assisting millions of women in doing the same, especially helping them after having a baby or recovering from any disease.
