ADIDAS INTRODUCES NEW ADIZERO ZG - LIGHTWEIGHT PERFORMANCE GOLF FOOTWEAR

Carlsbad, Calif. – January 22, 2025 – adidas is bringing back its iconic Adizero franchise to golf with the all-new Adizero ZG—a lightweight, spikeless performance shoe designed for enhanced stability, traction, and comfort. Available in laced and BOA® versions for men and women, it launches on January 31 via adidas. com, the adidas app, and select retailers worldwide.

Recognizing that golfers spend an average of 162 hours per year on their feet, adidas developed Adizero ZG to reduce fatigue while maintaining high performance. The SPIKEMORE outsole with undercut lugs offers adaptive traction, while a secondary cone-shaped system prevents clogging. LIGHTSTRIKE and LIGHTSTRIKE PRO cushioningprovide comfort and a close-to-ground feel, while the DYNAMIC TORSION plate minimizes power leaks and enhances stability.

Designed with a waterproof SPRINTSKIN upper, the shoe combines durability with a sleek, athletic look. The BOA version features a PRIMEKNIT sock-like fit with a micro-adjustable Li2 dial for a precision fit.
