The Recover and Energise Programme offered at the Chenot Palace in Weggis, Switzerland, has been 'created for those who are feeling fatigued from a demanding daily life' - a condition that many of us can identify with.
Designed to restore vitality and slow the ageing process, the Chenot Method was devised by the late acupuncturist and intuitive diagnostician Henri Chenot in 1974. He first introduced his signature practice in Cannes, before relocating to Alto Adige in Italy. As Dr George Gaitanos, Chenot's chief operating and scientific officer, explains, 'Our bodies are capable of living up to 120 years of age.
But during this journey, it is important to maintain functionality. DNA doesn't repair itself, and you start deteriorating. So, the whole idea with the Chenot Method is, what can we do to reset and restore the body?"
