1 Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.

2 Combine paprika, cumin, garlic powder and flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre and whisk in buttermilk. Add cauliflower and toss to coat. Spread out the cauliflower on the baking tray and cook, turning halfway during cooking, for 20-25 minutes or until crisp at the edges.
