I know what you're thinking. The doctor, obviously. And, yes, that's a good start, but it may with an overly long waiting list. If you have a bit of spare cash, a visit to a chiropractor is worth it. Or is it an osteopath? Or a physiotherapist? To be frank, I've never been very clear on their differences and I've sampled all three flavours in my time, so I was pleased to have the opportunity to find out more.

We have to expect some overlap. They all treat problems with joints, muscles and nerves, and they all have the same goals - pain relief and injury recovery. They all want to make us better so we're in less pain and so we might tell our friends how wonderful they were. That's normal, that's business.
