MOTSI MABUSE
Strictly judge Motsi has always battled with her body image, admitting, 'As a professional dancer, my weight was a constant struggle.' Yet despite adding, 'I'll never get to the stage where I think I look great,' after joining Weight Watchers - and losing 2st 2lb - the star is much happier. 'For me it works... because you can integrate it into your daily life.
I can have my chocolate and I'm still losing weight.' Motsi, 43, also has a personal trainer, but maintains, 'A healthy mind, body and soul is more important than being thin.' Amen to that!
