#1 Roasted Garlic White Bean Dip
Ingredients:
White beans Garlic
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Peel garlic cloves and place them in a small baking dish.
Pour olive oil over garlic cloves.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
In a food processor or blender, combine roasted garlic cloves, white beans, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Blend until smooth.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
#2 Spicy Black Bean Dip
Ingredients:
Black beans
Jalapeno
Tomato
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread black beans on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, stirring a few times.
Remove from oven and let cool.
In a food processor, combine roasted beans, jalapeno, tomato, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Serve with chips or use as a condiment.
#3 Creamy Avocado Dip
Ingredients:
Plain greek yogurt
Avocado
Lime juice
Garlic powder
Instructions
Start by adding plain greek yogurt to a bowl.
Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop out the avocado and add it to the bowl.
Squeeze fresh lime juice into the bowl.
