As we bid adieu to 2023, and reminisce over the year gone by, the highlight of my year was volunteering for the 7-Day Health Camp. Little did I know what transformation was in store for me. If you would ask, "How was it?" this quote by Dr. Jayadeva Yogendra would sum it up, "Remember, you don't simply live your life, you create your life through your actions. You create life through your choices. So choose wisely. Act wisely."
The journey to this camp started in 2021 when I joined the Advanced Teachers Training Course at The Yoga Institute: after several detours, life led me to the path of yoga. Amidst several unknowns, jitters and excitement, the day was upon us on 23rd December 2023.
