A Newtown terrace is revived to show the great beauty of its origins
DANIELLE TOWNSEND
RARE BEAUTY

After working on a number of heritage terraces in the prestigious streets surrounding Hollis Park in Newtown, these homeowners, who had kept a keen eye on the work of To The Mil, invited the builder to tender when it came time for them to renovate. After they had inspected three of the renovated terraces that To The Mil had completed in the adjacent street, the builder won the tender for this beautiful but dilapidated grand terrace.

It was the first time the company had worked with Daniel Boddam Architects and Stacey Kouros Design, but the project moved along smoothly as all parties were familiar with the detailed restoration of heritage terraces.
