Nestled along Singapore’s Orchard Boulevard, 3 Orchard By-The-Park is a unique and coveted residential development by YTL Land, with architecture by renowned Italian design maestro Antonio Citterio. This high-rise community comprises just 77 residential units across three elegant, 25-storey towers, each designed as “villas in the sky”: a concept that combines the exclusivity of private homes with the city’s vibrant energy.
Tasked to design its 2,800 sq ft show unit, local interior design firm Superfat Designs thoughtfully crafted spaces that embody refined comfort and natural beauty for the modern global resident. Studio founder Lin Weizhang and partner Mae Chu drew upon Citterio’s architectural vision for a balanced interior that offers an impressive yet peaceful living experience. The unit’s design celebrates simplicity, a seamless flow and material quality, resulting in an understated elegance. “Luxury now is about calm spaces where time slows down, where comfort takes over, and where existing relationships can deepen,” the team shares.
