Native Land chief executive Alasdair Nicholls shares his insights on the London property market and why Singaporean investors should consider investing there.

AFTER THE KEIR STARMER-LED Labour Party won by a landslide in last July’s elections, there has been renewed hope in the United Kingdom for long-lasting stability, especially after the chaotic Brexit years. Property investors are taking notice. London has always successfully courted Singaporean investors, many of whom have emotional, familial or business ties there.

However, this new development might see a greater influx of investments, especially in real estate. To get a deeper insight into this, we speak to Alasdair Nicholls, chief executive and co-founder of Native Land.

The latter explores how mixed-use properties can improve the lifestyles of Londoners by serving as more vibrant, connected, and liveable urban centres, as cities regain their unique selling point of bringing people and opportunities closer together.
