According to Tapan, assuming the role of the Interim President at the Roll Ball Federation of India is not a departure from his current standing. "I believe that the responsibilities entrusted to me by the federation align with my existing roles. Throughout my career, I've demonstrated proficiency as an effective administrator. Despite my involvement as an actor, producer, and director, this new role is merely an extension of my capabilities.
