Here's a glimpse of our conversation: Ankita Mishra, the CEO of the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), has recently assumed her role, yet her swift accumulation of knowledge within a short period is remarkable. Initially trained as a Computer Science engineer with aspirations for a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence (Al) in the USA, Ankita's life took a turn when she decided to remain in India, leading her to undertake the UPSC exams. For Ankita, success in the UPSC exams is the culmination of sheer hard work and a stroke of luck.
"I belong to the 18th Batch of IAS and began my journey through the district training in Daman. Shortly after, I was transferred to Delhi, where I commenced my role as SDM at Saket Sub Division in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), marking my first promotion," she shared. Following this tenure, she was relocated to Goa.
